Hello! I am Roland Havens, a Portland native and a second-generation State Farm agent. I have been in the business since 1982, and our office has been a staple in the East Portland community for over 50 years.

As a State Farm agent, I carry forward a tradition of reliability and commitment established by my family. Our office, nestled in the heart of East Portland 's Mt. Tabor/Montavilla neighborhood, has been a constant in the lives of our customers for generations.

My wife and I are experienced in a range of insurance services, including Auto insurance, Home insurance, Business insurance, and Life insurance. Need an SR-22? Do you have other driving record problems? We have a couple of avenues to help you in that area. Give us a call, we're happy to help you get through that experience.

We take pride in being a small, "mom-and-pop" style office. This allows us to provide personalized and professional service tailored to your unique needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making insurance simple and accessible.

To better serve you, we're in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and work remotely on Tuesday and Thursday. While our normal telephone hours are 10-4, we understand that life doesn't always fit a schedule. You can feel free to leave a message or speak with a live person 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just wait to the end of our phone message to get to our 24-hour service. We're here when you need us.

We have added substandard risks to our quoting and can get you an SR-22 if necessary. And though our office is closed on Tuesday and Thursday, we are still available by phone during our normal hours.

Mona  is state-licensed and has a real desire to give you remarkable service. She can answer questions about Auto Insurance (including motorcycles and RV's), Home Insurance (including condominiums and second homes) and Renters' insurance and can give you quotes on them all. She loves to look for ways to save you money on all your policies. She grew up in Portland, and has worked in the office since 2011.
